To ensure that you are able to play games freely without any delays, we do recommend turning on your device's Wi-Fi. Even though connections such as 3G and LTE are capable of maintaining a consistent connection, Wi-Fi is the safest means of staying connected at all times. If you are on your Wi-Fi and begin experiencing difficulties with your connection, try the following steps:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the game
  • Confirm that you are logged in to the Playphone Game Store by logging in through Facebook
  • Force-close the application and restart it. After doing so, make sure you are logged in to the network again
  • Uninstall and re-install the application if the previous steps have not fixed the issue
