If your game keeps freezing or crashing, please follow these steps:

  • Check your connection. We recommend that you connect to WiFi to maximize your gaming experience
  • Make sure you have latest version of the game. Go to the Playphone Game Store to check for any new updates
  • Confirm that you are logged in to the Playphone Game Store with your nametag or Facebook
  • Force-close the application and restart it. After doing so, make sure you are logged in to the network again
  • Uninstall and re-install the application if the previous steps have not fixed the issue
